L’UMAMI

L’UMAMI Restaurant & Weinbar was another Italian restaurant that we tried shortly after we came to Wiesbaden. They had a large oven and an extensive pizza menu. Pizza must be their specialty. J had one with anchovies, olives and capers. I tried a couple of slices. The dough tasted nice. The baked flavor was pretty good. 

The portion of Caesar's salad was generous! It could be a main dish. 

I got Rigatoni Norma. It was ok. Maybe ordering pizza would be wise here.
