Homemade Key Lime Pie

I can easily find a lemon dizzle cake and lemon tart in Harrogate/ How about a key lime pie? It's one of J's favorite desserts, but I haven't seen it here so far. Either sweets with lime or a graham cracker-based pie crust doesn't seem common.

Making a key lime pie here wasn't hard at all. All ingredients were available. Well, I couldn't find graham crackers, so I used digestive biscuits instead. Actually digestive biscuit-based crust was pretty good. It was better than one made with American sugary graham crackers.

I didn't skip decorating the pie with lightly sweetened whipped cream with a hint of vanilla. I still think that whipping cream in England is whipped somewhat differently. I haven't been used to it yet.
