Bettys' Hot Cross Buns

Good Friday is coming soon! While I have seen hot cross buns at local bakeries and grocery stores, I have already decided that my first hot cross buns in England would be by our favorite bakery, Bettys! Bettys didn't just make hot cross buns. They offered three flavors of hot cross bans - classic, lemony, and chocolatey! All were lovely soft and tasty. I don't think I would bake my own hot cross buns this year since I can reach these wonderful buns within a 10 minute walk.

Bettys also sell large sized version of hot cross buns to slice and share. I hope to have a chance to buy a giant bun before Easter. The window decoration for Easter 2019 at Bettys Harrogate has been beautifully done. I would be happy to stop by at the shop to see the display and buy more treats anytime.
