Pork "Soboro" & Soft Scrambled Egg on Rice, again
There was about 200 gram ground pork that I had to use. My solution was to make one of my favorite Japanese rice dishes - Soboro and egg on rice! This time I added a good amount of onion and carrot in pork. Traditionally "soboro" part is made with only ground meat and seasonings. After I started adding veggies to soboro, I feel that soboro without veggie is too meaty. More veggie, more tasty! That's my finding.
