Seabass in Foil

We bought a beautiful Seabass fillet and baked it in foil.

J perfectly seasoned the fillet with onion, lemon, soy sauce, Sake, black pepper, thyme, tarragon, olive oil and securely folded it in foil. Thank you J!
  
We like this foil "pillow" method because we can enjoy delicate fish flavor with simple seasons. Besides easy to cook and clean!
