Spinach Cheese Yogurt Buns

These were Spinach Cheese Yogurt Buns.

I have seen some recipes of bread baked with yogurt. Yogurt apparently makes bread light, moist, and chewy even for some days after baked. I wanted to experience it.

I added steamed & pasted fresh spinach in the dough so that we could enjoy pretty green color. I also fold diced Baby Swiss cheese when I shaped buns. I had hoped to see gooey melting cheese inside... Unfortunately some escaped out; some disappeared by leaving holes in the bans after baked. On the other hand, the buns were nicely fluffy and chewy, which I liked very much. I would like to explore yogurt buns more.
