Stir-fried Broccoli-Steak Noodle

This was Stir-fried Broccoli-Steak Noodle.

But it wasn't just a noodle version of yesterday's Stir-fried Broccoli-Steak served with rice. I cooked the leftover Stir-fried Broccoli-Steak with fresh beansprout, dried Shiitake mushroom cooked in Japanese traditional way, and liquid reserved from the cooked mushrooms. And added Japanese Yakisoba (stir-fried noodle). The taste reminded me of Sukiyaki, a Japanese traditional pot dish of sliced meat, vegetables, Tofu seasoned and braised together. Yum Yum!
