Chocolate & Coffee Ricotta Cream Puffs

These were chocolate and coffee ricotta cream puffs.

So, this was the end of the story of the leftover Choux pastry balls from yesterday. I made up two kinds of cream fillings: chocolate ricotta cream and coffee ricotta cream, and piped them into the pastry balls. Then, I made two kinds of sugar glaze: chocolate and coffee.
These were, again, cute and fine as a leftover creation. Finally I used (and we ate) all Choux pastry balls!
