Egg Salad & Cucumber and Tomato & Baby Swiss Cheese Sandwiches

These were homemade egg salad & cucumber and tomato & baby swiss cheese sandwiches with my first Pullman loaf.

The crust was solid. The crumb was soft and silky. Easy to make a neat thin slice.

I don't know about the tiny hols at the corner...

J requested egg salad, which is one of my favorite sandwich fillings. I know how to make it delicious. Turkish purple chili pepper, Urfa Biber is a key. 

I like variety. So I made tomato and baby swiss cheese with alive butter lettuce. As simple and delicious as egg salad. 

I lightly spread one of our favorite mustard, Olivier's shallot and dark beer mustard on each inside face of the bread. 

Voila! Our "Afternoon Tea" dinner was delightful.
