Cabbage & Mushroom Galette, returns

This was cabbage and mushroom galette.

I had 3/4 of a whole cabbage that was waiting to come out of the refrigerator. Good news, Cabbage! the time came. I haven't made this savory galette for a while. I adapted the same recipe from Smitten Kitchen and made some changes here and there. For mushroom, I used cremini mushroom instead of shiitake that I couldn't find at a local grocery. No fresh tarragon. No tarragon vinegar. Instead I added some wholegrain Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and some Espelette pepper.
J liked the galette like the last time. This is a good way to make cabbage and J be friends.
