No-Salt Cavatelli Campagnola

We had another take-out Italian dinner from our favorite local Italian restaurant.

Cavatelli Campagnola - Cavatelli pasta tossed in Alfredo sauce topped with mushrooms and ground beef - is one of my favorite dishes from the place. It's creamy, hearty, and well-seasoned with spices and herbs, especially with rosemary. Cavatelli's chewy texture matches with the rich sauce very well. We requested them not to add extra salt like the last time we did and appreciated. As the result, this dish also became much better than before. No salt, no regret.
