J's Special Scrambled Eggs & Tomato Sandwich
This was scrambled egg and tomato sandwich. I think I saw J was mixing fresh thyme and grated Pecorino cheese into eggs. He might have added some spices too. With a little walnut mustard, our new favorite, on the toasted breads, the sandwich was very tasty! Happy yummy morning!
