Baked Cod, Prawns & Scallops in Foil

Thanks to a very nice fishmonger in Harrogate, Ramus Seafood that we recently found on King's Road, near our new favorite pie shop, baked seafood in foil has been back in our meal routine. We picked a cod fillet, four prawns and four scallops this time. There were various kinds of fish and shellfish in the store that looked fresh and delicious. We are sure they can easily meet our needs to make fish cakes, fisherman's stew, paella, cataplana, etc.
Let prawns rest on cod and let each prawn give a scallop a big hug.
Cook about 20 minutes at 200 c in the oven. Ta-da!
Delicious. I still believe that baking in foil is one of the best ways to appreciate seafood's delicacy.
