Smoked Salmon on Bagel

Smoked salmon on bagel has been one of our favorite weekend breakfast. Why not in England? It was easy to find smoked salmon that was tender and very flavorful, not salty or too fatty or too stringy or too smoky here. Also, there were many choices of cheese. This time J picked Brillat-Savarin Affine from the Dairy Delin, Burgundy, France. It was milky and creamy, wonderful with smoked salmon.
I thought bagel hunting could be tricky here, but actually sesame bagels at M&S were not bad at all. We found out that smoked salmon on bagel would continue to be our staple breakfast.
