Soba! My comfort food! I bought 100% buckwheat noodles and Tofu at a local Waitrose store. The noodles were pretty good, actually much better than I thought. Tofu was made in Japan. It was silky, soft, "
Kinugoshi" type. Very tasty! I had Japanese noodle soup stock in hand that I brought from the States.
It was me who bought as many Tofu as possible from the store in order to secure my happy Tofu life in England...
