Cakes from Baltzersen's: Coffee, Cardamom & Pecan Cake and Spiced Apple Cake

Coffee cake is usually paired with walnut, but this one was with pecan, plus cardamon. Rich, moist and flavorful. I liked it very much. Surprisingly J liked it too. I bought just a slice to share. Next time I will buy two slices.

I also got a slice of spiced apple cake to share. It was simple and tasty. I can easily snack one for breakfast with a cup of strong milk tea. J enjoyed this cake too.
