First Ginger Pork on Rice in England


I guess I haven't made this easy delicious Ginger Pork dish in England somehow. Like the US, here in England, well, at least Harrogate, I don't see paper-thinly-sliced fatty pork that you can find any grocery store in Japan and great for this dish. As an alternative, I bought two thick-cut pork chops and sliced them by myself. The result was fine although I accidentally added a bit too much onion. There were more onion than pork. Ginger Onion with Pork could be a proper name.
