Soft Scrambled Egg on Toasts


On a certain weekend morning, I made soft scrambled egg with fresh chive and cheddar cheese that I wanted to use up. A couple of slices of bacon leftover in the refrigerator were quickly panfried and joined the breakfast. I am usually for a sweet breakfast but I feel I am eating savory breakfast more often since we moved to England and I am enjoying it somehow. J must appreciate the transition.
