Rigatoni with Rao's Vodka sauce

This was a super easy, in other words, lazy dinner Rigatoni with Rao's Vodka sauce.

Yes, it was commercial jar sauce, but don't judge it as just one of mass-produced products for supermarket shelf. Rao's pasta sauces actually taste pretty good - fresh, flavorful, and not sugary-sweet at all unlike many commercial jars.

This vodka sauce was creamy rich with chunky roman tomatoes, served with J's favorite big tube pasta, Rigatoni.
