Stir-fried Rice with Vegetables

This was stir-fried rice with vegetables.

It was one of our regular quick easy meals. This time vegetables were carrot, dried Shiitake mushrooms, broccoli and chive. Egg is a must in my stir-fried rice. Just one egg for two of us. Just a little low-sodium soy sauce and ground black and white pepper were seasonings. It's simply tasty in this way.
