Lures Bar & Grill, Take-Out

This was a take-out dinner from Lures.

We tried two dishes that were new for us. One was Black and Blue Steak Tacos - blackened filet mignon tips with avocado, tomato, blue cheese, and lettuce on soft flour tortillas, which came with Spanish rice on side. The other was Blacken Rockfish Quesadilla - blacken striped bass with mushroom, spinach, onion, toasted tomatoes, and Havarti cheese.
I liked the quesadilla, but wasn't a big fan of blue cheese in the tacos. J seemed to like both. For desserts, we shared a slice of Smith Cake original. It was the same one that J kindly brought back for me before. One from the last time was pretty good, but this one was somehow a little oily, I thought. J didn't complain. Maybe I didn't taste it properly after the rich dishes.
Overall we have been enjoying foods from Lures. There are more on the menu we haven't tried yet!
