Baked Halibut, Shrimps & Scallops in Foil

This was baked Halibut, shrimps & scallops in foil.

Somehow I had a taste for fish, but not just fish but simply cooked fish, not fried or raw like sushi. Foil-baked fish sounded perfect. We hadn't made it for a while. For fish, our choice was Halibut. It was meaty and juicy, great for this kind of cooking. We also added shrimps and scallops in foil along with fish. It was J's wonderful idea! Shrimps and scallops added sweet seafood flavors and different texture to the simple fish. Onion, chive, dill, lemon and some seasonings like soy sauce, Sake, pepper, etc were all packed in foil, too.
Beautifully done in 25 minutes in the 400 F degree oven. This was so delicious. Perhaps the best baked fish in foil so far!
