Ginger Pork on Rice

This was ginger pork on rice.

More precisely, ginger-and-sweet-soy-sauce-flavored pork and onion on steamed white rice. Pork flavored with ginger and soy sauce is very popular in Japan and simply delicious. In Japan, thin sliced pork is usually used for this kind of recipes while I used pork top loin chop that is boneless and I can easily get. This is within 30 minutes quick & easy cooking. Good for weekdays or when I feel lazy but want a home-cooked meal. Only two small pork chops became two satisfying bowls because I added generous amount of onion. Less meat; more veggie. J liked the dish. So did I!
