Big-Batch Bolognese Sauce on Tagliatelle, again

This was big-batch Bolognese sauce on Tagliatelle, again!

It was easier than the last time; we simply took a container of the sauce from the freezer and defrosted it. We have two more containers in the freezer. How convenience! Just boiling pasta was so easy. We chose Tagliatelle again. Freezing and defrosting didn't affect the taste of the sauce. The sauce was still very tasty!
