50% Whole Wheat Bread

This was 50% whole wheat bread.

I made 100% whole wheat bread a few months ago. That tasted pretty good and pretty whole wheat. This time I made a loaf with half whole wheat and half all purpose flour.
It tasted nice earthy whole wheat but lighter than 100%, I think. The texture was fluffier, I guess.
Toasted beautifully.
Tasty with butter spread and jam.
To go healthier, 100% would be the one to choose, but texture and taste, I prefer 50%. Perhaps I will try 60% next time to be slightly healthier than 50%.
