Bison Burger in NC

This was bison burger dinner at J's parents' house in North Carolina.

They have a great backyard that faces the river. What a stunning view for grilling! However, it was a little bit too cold for me to stand there, watch and take a photo of J and his father's grilling action.

Here were the successful results - 100% bison burgers with Vermont cheddar that was carefully sliced by a grocery deli staff according to J's specific thick cut order.

J's mother neatly prepared all toppings and condiments.

And baked beans too.
