J's Country Omelette with "Special Eggs"
Following the wonderful sunny-side ups, J cooked omelette with the fresh eggs. The inside of the golden pillow was melted two kinds of cheese (I think one from Italy and the other from Spain) and our garden chive. It was another great J's omelette!
