Spanish Dry-Cured Pork Loin Sandwiches

These were Spanish dry-cured pork loin sandwiches.

This was another way to enjoy the delicious meat. I managed to slice them as thin as possible so that we could neatly bite and chew the meat along with other things - tomato, lettuce and cheese in the sandwiches. The buns were homemade. This kind of sandwiches would make a nice picnic lunch.
