Vermont Country Cheddar Bread

This was Vermont country cheddar bread.

It was made with King Arthur Flour's bread mix that I bought recently (it was on sale!). The mix was for hand-knead as well as for bread machine. Of course, I chose a easier way - I placed the inside of the box (a flour mix bag and a yeast package) into the bread machine container along with water and vegetable oil according to the instruction on the box, and placed a button to start.
About three and a half hours later, a beautiful loaf came out from the machine. So easy! The bread smells cheese-y. It tasted cheese-y. When we made sandwiches with the bread, we enjoyed the cheese flavor without actual cheese. It made nice breakfast toasts, too. I usually don't buy a commercial bread mix while this product was fine and gave us a nice change.
