Sautéed Kale

This was sautéed kale.

Yes, that was our dinner. Nothing but a bowl of kale. We have eaten a lot of rich food recently. I thought we would need a break and bought a large pillow-size bag of kale. I sautéed the kale with garlic and some chopped fresh yellow tomatoes and seasoned with our new Spanish red wine vinegar and salt & black pepper. The kale almost overflowing from the sauté pan neatly shrunk as always. I don't think we can eat all the kale as fresh, but if cooked like this, Yes, we can and did!
