These were Whole Wheat Honey Buns with Walnut and Raisin.

I made those bread for my brother who managed to visit us again in spite of his crazy busy work schedule. The percentage of whole wheat flour was actually very small. I didn't want to make the bread dense, heavy or dry bread, so added a little of whole wheat flour in the dough to bring some earthy flavor to the bread. And a hint of honey, a little of raisin and a lot of walnut, yes, A LOT! coarsely chopped and roasted walnut was everywhere.
Last time my brother took four An-pan with him. This time he took five of these. I hope he enjoyed all!
