We made our first trip to Grilled Cheese & Co., a grilled cheese sandwich store in Gambrills, MD.
We chose Blue Ox - "Crumbled blue cheese & roast beef finished with a zesty horseradish sauce" and Smashed Meatball - "Provolone cheese, Italian meatballs, marinara sauce & finished with a touch of parmesan cheese" for take-out.
They were simple grilled cheese. Not too small or oily or plain. I tasted each ingredient and was happily satisfied. That means they must have been pretty good. There are more different grilled sandwich choices on their menu. We will come back soon!
