Soba Noodle Soup with Veggies

This was Soba noodle soup with veggies.

Such a warm soupy dinner was pleasant for a chilly day. I was lucky to find fresh and handsome Shiitake mushrooms at the local grocery store! The soup was no meat or Tofu, but the meaty mushrooms satisfied us very much.
