Porterhouse Steak & Fire-baked Potato in NC

This was one of dinners in NC: porterhouse steak and fire-baked potato.

Several huge porterhouse steaks apparently live in J's parents' freezer regularly. J's father is a master of grilling. He cooked four steaks to meet everyone's preference perfectly!

J was in charge of baking potatoes in the fireplace. Fireplace cooking is fun and cozy.

Steamed broccoli and salad were other sides. Hello, veggies!
