Tuna Salad Sandwich with White Bread

This was Tuna Salad Sandwich with our funny but delicious homemade classic white bread.

My special tuna salad contained: canned tuna of course, mayo, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, black pepper, fresh parsley, fresh tarragon, fresh chive, French cornichons, capers, and celery. Place tuna mixture with mix greens, fresh avocado and Kalamata olives on one slice of bread, lightly spread J's new mustard on the other slice of bread, and make a sandwich!

Our white bread was a real star of this sandwich. What a wonderful bread!

By the way, J's new mustard was Olivier Napa Valley's Toasted Garlic and Herbs Mustard. He happened to pick one at a Sur La Table store. It's actually pretty good with a great balance of flavors.
