Twin White Rolls

This was "Twin" white rolls.

I adapted a recipe from a Japanese cooking recipe site. The dough contained bread flour, milk, yeast, a little of salt, sugar and butter. Egg-free! The bread, called "Shiro-Pan"(white bread) in Japanese, was supposed to have a light color of crust. I carefully baked them at relatively low temperature.
The crumb was very soft and a little bit chewy. They were kinda plain milk rolls, but I think the "twin" shape made them adorable and special.
