Homemade Irish Soda Bread, again
Since we really enjoyed our last soda bread, I couldn't wait to make another one too long. There was a few minor changes from last time. I didn't have a fresh orange in hand, so instead of orange zest, I added a little bit of lemon zest. Also I changed sliced almonds with chopped whole almonds.
