Big Salad Bowl Day

This was a big salad bowl for J.

It was a Big Salad Bowl Day after a big meat (smoked lamb) day. The dressing was simple homemade white wine-Dijon mustard dressing. My bowl was like this - no red onion, no olives, big tomatoes.
