Capellini alle Vongole Bianco

This was angel hair pasta with clam in white wine sauce, Capellini alle Vongole Bianco.

When I have fresh Italian parsley in hand, there are two pasta dishes I would like to make: Puttanesca and this one. Our clam pasta is simple: olive oil, garlic, red chili pepper flake, canned clam (whole and chopped) white wine and fresh parsley. Sometimes with mushrooms. Homemade clam pasta always makes us as happy as clams.
