Matcha Mushi-Pan

This was Matcha Mushi-Pan, or Japanese green tea flavored steamed bread.

I couldn't believe it took long to make Mushi-pan again! This time my steamed bread was dressed in the pretty green color of Matcha. I almost made the entire bread green, but thought green-white combo would be better looking and better taste. They were so good.
