Pad See Ew with Asparagus & Broccoli

This was Pad See Ew with asparagus and broccoli.

I adapted a recipe of Thai-Style Stir-Fried Noodle with Chicken from Cook's Illustrated with some changes. A major changes was skipping chicken and adding all leftover asparagus in the refrigerator. I didn't use broccolini but broccoli. I reduced garlic and soy sauce. I also replaced molasses with tamarind paste to enhance the Thai flavor. Unfortunately soaking noodles in very hot water in 8 minutes made noodles sticking each other. I had to gently separate them one by one. Except that problem, the noodle dish was quite easy to make and tasted wonderful. Sweet, garlicky and a little bit fishy.
