Filo Triangles with Almond & Orange Mincemeat

These were Filo triangles with almond and orange mincemeat. I just named it.

There were only three filo sheets left from Spanakopita. So I made small triangles with English almond and orange mincemeat. I sprinkled a little bit of homemade vanilla sugar on each.

This improvisation was successful! The little sweets were more than a creation to rescue leftover pie sheets.
