Homemade Large Thin Pizza

This was homemade large thin pizza.

We usually make two pieces of pizza for each of us but this time we made one bigger pizza for two of us. J was a topping director. He chose grape tomatoes, fresh basils from our garden, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Both the dough and the tomato sauce were homemade as usual. Cheese was low-fat shredded mozzarella to be as healthy as possible. From our past experiences, the taste of the low-fat shredded mozzarella is smooth milky, not gooey, not bad at all for pizza. I always try not to make the pizza soggy. So keep sauce minimum and less wet ingredients. I need to watch J who likes spreading a lot of sauce on the dough.
We still love our Pizza stone that always guarantees a crisp crust. After about 9 minutes in 495 F degree oven, cheese and sauce were bubbling and browning.
Took out from the oven and cut in half. A happy dinner time!
