Buckwheat Noodle Soup with Tofu & Veggies

This was buckwheat noodle soup with Tofu and veggies.

At the end of 2015, I missed Toshikoshi-soba again. So this was Toshikoshita-soba like last year. A little bit belated wish for our happy long-lives!
