Fig Salad Dressing from a Fig Town in Japan

This was Fig Salad Dressing from a fig town in Japan.

I was grown up the fig town in where my parents still live. The town has been developing and promoting some local products made with its major produce - figs. The fig salad dressing came to the local market recently. I was born and grown up in the fig town. Big sweet juicy figs used to be my late summer treat. My parents who still live in the town kindly sent the fig dressing us as one of many Christmas gifts. The dressing was delicately sweet, fruity, mild-vinegary, very tasty. Interestingly the oil in the dressing was made from rice. J liked the dressing too and enjoyed a big bowl of fresh salad with it. What a great fig product! I am very proud of my home town!
