Big-Batch Bolognese Sauce on Fresh Tagliatelle

This was slow-cooked big batch Bolognese sauce on Fresh Tagliatelle.

We have made slow-cooked big batch Bolognese sauce a couple of times in the past. At those times, we mixed 93% lean beef, pork, and lamb. This time we mixed bison and lamb.
We went to Union Market again and bought multiple kinds of fresh pasta at Cucina Al Volo as usual. One was plain Tagliatelle.
Generous sauce over the pasta to cover all the pasta!
Parmigiano-Reggiano, please!
It was so delicious! Rich, meaty, tasty, enjoyable. Bison and lamb became our new favorite bolognese combination.
