Stumptown Coffee - Papua New Guinea Bebes

This was Stumptown Coffee's Papua New Guinea Bebes.

We found the coffee beans at a gelato shop in Washington, DC. It was a new kind of beans for us, and we thought we should try it. According to the tag that was inserted in the bag's pocket, the coffee tastes like "Mango, Melon, and Nutmeg." Interesting.
We brewed the coffee with French press as usual. The coffee was, well, weak. I couldn't taste it fully. I wasn't sure there was mango, melon or nutmeg while I detected a hint of a fruity note. That weak or watery output was the same problem we had with Stumptown's other beans. Perhaps we have to use more beans, burr finer and brew longer although I don't want to taste bitter and chalky. We'll see what we can do better with the leftover beans.
