Giolitti's Large Round Lobster Ravioli

This was large round lobster ravioli from Giolitti Delicatessen in Annapolis.

When we were looking for cannoli at the Italian deli, we found frozen ravioli. There were several kinds of ravioli. We picked two kinds of them for a quick meal. One was the lobster ravioli.

I boiled them for about 11 minutes total, and served them with a commercial jar of San Marzano Sugo di Pomidoro Creamy Vodka Sauce. It was a very quick meal indeed!

The lobster ravioli tasted pretty good. The texture of both pasta and filling was nice, too. The matching with the creamy tomato sauce went well. Such a tasty easy meal is always welcome!
