Veggie Tagine, revisited
It has been a quite long time since I made Veggie Tagine. I told J, who is sometimes against this all-veggie-dish, that I was planning to make Veggie Tagine for dinner, he accepted it surprisingly quickly. My lucky day! The dish was wonderful as usual. Even it was great on the second day. J seemed to enjoyed the all-veggie dinner both days. Can I make this dish every month?
