Delice de Bourgogne on Toasted Sesame Bagel

This was Delice de Bourgogne on toasted sesame bagel.

J picked the soft-ripened triple-cream cheese from the Burgundy region of France at a local Wegmans store.

It was buttery, creamy, sweet and tangy. We both liked it very much! Nice cheese is always welcome.
